We are a 501(c)(3) that promotes language, literacy, and human interactions.

Through our programs, we provide under-resourced children and their families with research-proven tools to support playing, writing, and reading.

Since 2016, we have distributed 

over 740,000 books AND over 118,000 PoWeR! Literacy Tool Bags to children in Northern Lower Michigan.

Each book and PoWeR! Bag invites children to play, write, and read, empowering them to develop knowledge, skills, dispositions, and attitudes to positively impact their current and future selves. This sets them up for lifelong success!​

For our 10th birthday, join our "10-ers" Club!

When you donate, choose 'Make this a monthly donation' and pitch in $10 for our programs.
It goes a long way: $10 provides books for two children each month!
